G&G Garbage, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and goal focused individual to join our team as, Regional Sales Manager. The objective for the qualified candidate is to develop and initiate a strategic plan in line with the company goals and individual sales goals by generating sales and developing leads.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities –

· New business development and customer relations

Develops new customer leads through market and industry research, community involvement, attending industry meetings, customer references and cold calls.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

Coordinates with operations to identify prospects.

Periodically contacts existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

· Coordinates with customer service.

Communicates frequently with customer service regarding:

New orders

Customer satisfaction

Status updates

· Additional responsibilities

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Review professional publications and establish personal networks.

Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

o Strong communication & negotiation skills

o Motivation for sales.

Salary: $45K to $50K – Pending sales experience

Competitive sales commission program
